Salary : 15000 to 35000
Work location : Koyambedu
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements for the services offered by the company.
- Responsible for coordinating with various Local Government officer to request and process needed permit and licenses.
- Ensures all documents pertaining to licenses and certificates for the Realty Service Operations are secured and can be easily retrieved.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Secure and check the authenticity, validity, accuracy, and completeness of all permits and licenses requirements.
- Prepare the needed forms and attachments for filing with the concerned government agencies.
- Monitor the required submissions/compliances of the assigned project.
- Make recommendations to management of the processes needed to effectively adhere to the legal and regulatory requirements in project development.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least two (2) years of experience in the related field preferably in real estate industry.
- Knowledgeable in transacting and processing permits and licenses needed in construction and in property/real estate.
- Willing to take field work and visit various government offices
- Willing to work overtime during critical circumstances
