**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Liasioning and Approvals**:

- Handle all liaison activities with regulatory bodies, electricity boards, and other authorities (e.g., AP, TN, Karnataka, Goa).
- Obtain necessary licenses and approvals for solar rooftop, ground-mount, open access, and captive solar plants.
- Facilitate the grid tie-up approval from the Electricity Board (EB).
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations for solar plants.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit necessary documents such as site plans, technical drawings, and feasibility reports.
- Prepare covering letters, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and other required documents.
- Draft, review, and prepare agreements, including contracts with contractors, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all paperwork complies with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
- Site Inspection and Survey:

- Conduct site inspections and assessments for solar plant installations, ensuring that the site complies with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the project team and contractors to resolve any issues identified during the site inspection.

**Communication Support**:

- Provide continuous communication support to project stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to authorities and follow up on approvals.
- Safety & Compliance:

- Obtain safety certificates for the solar plants, ensuring that all safety measures are in place and compliant with the regulations.
- Assist in managing the safety aspects of the solar plant installations and ensure workers follow proper safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Liasioning for solar plant projects (rooftop and ground-mount).
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework for solar energy projects, including open access and captive solar plants in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, and other states.
- Excellent understanding of the technical and administrative requirements for obtaining grid tie-up approvals and licenses.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and legal documentation, including contracts and agreements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project coordination and site inspection.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with working in multiple states (AP, TN, Karnataka, Goa).
- Prior experience working with solar power developers or utilities.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
