**Urgent required Female "Tele Marketing Executive" in BIT**:

- Baroda Institute of Technology.

Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services and handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer customer questions and provide information on products/services, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, working towards individual or team goals.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, update information, and track interactions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with product/service offerings and be able to clearly communicate these to customers.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to identify areas of improvement or customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report performance and activities to management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor’s degree).
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in required languages (depending on the region)
