Production & development of Autodesk Civil 3D models.
- Producing Civil 3D Models for Highways/Roads and Grading.
- Producing Civil 3D Models for Pipe/Pressure networks.
- Production of 2D drawings from Autodesk Civil 3D models.
- Be able to modify the initial Civil 3D corridor as per BIM requirements to include road kerbs, landscape, hardscape, cycle track, shared areas, plot access, etc.
- Be able to correlate Civil 3D with BIM software with regard to Road design using best industrial practices.
- Be able to demonstrate industry best practices to efficiently develop Civil 3d models with landscape, sign & marking, cycle track, trees, materials, etc.
- Be able to create templates and file name structure of the model for BIM compliance.
- Be able to take off / extract quantity in BIM model.
- Be able to coordinate all the road elements along with utilities to develop and unified BIM model as per Standards.
- Collect information and consolidate it.
- Confirm that information is consistent with the Site Configuration.
- Create detailed documented records and maintained them to ensure clarity of the process and outcomes,
- Assist with the resolution of issues, identify issues, and escalate to the manager.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the site teams.
- Manage the interfaces within the Roads & Networks project applicable to change and modification.
- Comply with policies and procedures and commit to using the project BIM standards.
- Assist in BIM implementation, Standards, workflow & methodologies during supervision/construction, and handover of the projects.
- Assist in managing all legal implications of delivering good practice BIM and develop specific BIM protocols and legal frameworks to drive contract creation.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Extensive experience and knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.

Experienced in Middle East (UAE & KSA) Standards for infrastructure works.

Extensive experience in modeling pressurized and gravity systems.

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organization and externally.

Practical experience in design, and drafting (both in 2D and 3D).

Previous knowledge and experience in clash detection.

Being able to work under pressure.

Being accurate and patient.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
