
Tele Caller Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend all **inbound calls** professionally and promptly.
- Understand the caller’s concerns and provide relevant information about our services.
- Persuasively **convert inquiries into confirmed appointments**.
- Maintain a record of all calls and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with front desk/reception for appointment scheduling.
- Report daily conversions and missed leads to the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification**:12th pass or Graduate**.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal communication in [Marathi, Hindi, English - customize as needed].
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of using phones, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
**Location**:
- Akola, Maharashtra (preferred)
