**Job Title**: Sales & Communication Executive
**Location**: Akola, Maharashtra

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers, and distributors to introduce and promote products.
- Send product details, images, videos, and offers via WhatsApp and follow up for responses.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the CRM/inventory/order system regularly.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Report daily communication and sales activities to the manager.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and call handling etiquette.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
- Familiarity with agricultural products or dealer networks is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate; experience in sales/tele-calling is preferred.
