**Position Purpose**:
We are looking for Marketing executive to manage the design, formatting, and delivery of all print and digital communication materials for the firm. This role is ideal for a **fresher with an MBA**, especially those with an interest in content creation, marketing materials, and brand presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:Print & Digital Material Design**
- Design and format brochures, portfolios, flyers, and other internal documents.
- Prepare print-ready files for vendors/printers.
- Maintain visual consistency with the firm’s branding.

**Publication Management**
- Organize content (text, images, drawings) for brochures and presentations.
- Work with architects and team members to collect visuals and data.
- Maintain an archive of all marketing and publication materials.

**Vendor & Printing Coordination**
- Coordinate with external print vendors.
- Handle quotations, samples, and print job tracking.

**Presentation & Proposal Support**
- Assist in creating professional presentations for clients and exhibitions.
- Ensure materials are accurate and visually appealing.

**Administrative Support**
- Track printed material inventory.
- Maintain internal records of print jobs and costs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBA (Marketing preferred) - _Required_
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in marketing, publications, or graphic content (experience in an architecture/design firm is a plus)
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)

**Skills Required**:

- Basic design and formatting (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Eye for detail and visual layout
- Strong coordination and time management
- Clear verbal and written communication

**Compensation & Work Environment**:

- **Salary**: ₹20,000 upto
- **Leaves**: 2 paid leaves per month
- **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday
- **Shift**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
