**Role : Agile Project Coordinator**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist the Scrum Master and project managers in tracking sprint progress and removing impediments.
- Ensure the proper implementation of Agile best practices and methodologies within the project teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate updates.
- Maintain and update project documentation, task boards, and sprint backlogs.
- Support the creation and tracking of sprint reports and metrics to measure team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Identify and report on project risks, issues, and dependencies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile Project Coordinator role or similar position with a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications preferred.
- Experience using agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
