Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print media, outdoor advertising, and in-store promotions.

Organize and manage product launches, promotional events, and brand activations at retail stores, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

Sales & Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify target customers and analyze competitors’ offline marketing strategies.

Develop strategies to enhance product visibility and boost sales through traditional marketing channels.

Collaborate with sales teams to drive in-store promotions and point-of-sale activities.

Advertising & Communication:
Coordinate with designers and vendors for the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and standees.

Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing collaterals.

Work closely with PR agencies and media partners for press releases, newspaper ads, and magazine features.

Event Management & BTL Activities:
Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, beauty workshops, and influencer meet-ups.

Organize sampling campaigns and brand engagement activities to increase customer interaction.

Negotiate sponsorships and collaborations for brand visibility at local and national events.

Reporting & Analysis:
Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine marketing strategies.

Provide monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI analysis.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to travel for marketing events and promotions.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
