**Position**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy and Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) for maximum ROI.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with designers to produce engaging visuals and videos.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Lead Generation and CRM**:

- Generate quality leads through online campaigns and manage the lead pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new digital marketing tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in real estate marketing or working with luxury/lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with website management platforms like WordPress.

**Salary**: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
