Lab Attendant

A Lab Attendant plays a crucial role in supporting research and experimental activities by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, and by assisting with various technical and administrative tasks.
- **Laboratory Maintenance**:Maintaining the laboratory's cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring equipment is in good working order, and adhering to safety regulations.
- **Material Preparation**:Preparing samples, reagents, and solutions for experiments, ensuring accurate preparation and labeling.
- **Equipment Handling**:Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including instruments, glassware, and other tools.
- **Experiment Assistance**:Assisting with experiments, gathering materials, performing routine tasks, and helping to document results.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of experiments, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- **Safety Compliance**:Following safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring a safe working environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Graduation with Experience is must.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment, prepare samples, and perform routine tasks.
- **Organization and Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records and managing inventory.
- **Communication**: Communicating effectively with researchers, instructors, and other staff.
- **Safety Awareness**: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues related to equipment or experiments.
- **Teamwork**: Working effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in sample preparation, record keeping, and experiment procedures.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
