Sampling & QC Check of other Raw Material /Packaging Material received at Plant. ? QC Checking of Bulk Chemicals / fuels (Rice Husk, Diesel) samples. ? Analysis of incoming Crude / refined Oil as per BIPL Norms. ? To attend Customer complaint of by-product. ? Coordinate with tank farm operator for daily oil issue to plant activity. ? Acceptance/Rejection of any raw material/bulk chemicals/fuel/packaging material as per quality guidelines. ? Manage all instruments operational and Calibration of instruments and maintained the Calibration & AMC records etc. ? To maintain the records of SOP and STP. ? Preparation of effective RCA to avoid repetition of complaints/issues ? 5-S Management in Lab ? Conduct GMP Audits in plant & internal audits in plant as per standard requirements ? Ensure calibration of Lab equipment's as per time line (internal & external ) ? Ensure clearance of products/RM/PM in SAP ? Handling of Lab Equipment's GC, Spectrophotometer, Refractometer etc., ? Prepare the MIS of Raw oils and BY PRODUCTS on daily/ weekly basis ? Food safety, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Quality system standards including GMPs, GHPs, HACCP, ? complaint handling, Documentation, Auditing. ? Delivered food safety training to food handlers in different areas on Monthly basis &Maintain the record of trainings & TBT etc. ? To understand global SHE requirement and follow the global guidelines ? To guide/train the people and ensure implementation of SHE system, ? To provide active support to SHE Management system implementation for critical items work permit system, ? Accident /incident reporting, safety training etc. Provide support to organization to meet SHE target. **Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills**: Education : B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry/ Ind. Chem / Oil & Fat Tech) 2. Minimum Work Experience 4-6 years of relevant experience 3. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of lab analysis of all kind of Edible Oils. Standard requirements and parameters for quality checking, and packaging material etc. Proper knowledge about the use of various all standard laboratory equipment and apparatus used. Knowledge about statutory compliance related to FSSAI/W&M. **Key Skills**: - Qc - Sampling
