**SME-MDM**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage existing Master Data Maintenance/Display authorization roles on the different SAP-system strands
- Define, which user (groups) require which roles on the different system strands to perform their tasks
- Be contact person for user-questions in regard of proper master data maintenance
- Create authorization requests for new users incl. organizing necessary trainings to speed-up new users to onboard
- Discover gaps in current authorization design and mitigate them to organize the master data maintenance more efficiently
- Drives Master Data authorization design and requirements in MD project initiatives. Acts as the key connector for user maintenance issues and improvement potentials, authorization topics between business, IT and SSCDN
- Keep existing training documentations up-to-date and include enhancements of functionalities/processes
- Create user manuals on the appropriate detail-level which supports users in their daily MD maintenance tasks

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- B. Com/ M.Com/MBA finance or any other suitable accounting degree
- Professional experience (3-4 years and more) in Master Data area, qualified and extended experience in a shared service center
- Functional Experience in S2P/O2C will be good
- Prior experience on SAP (Master Data) authorization concepts / role design
- Detailed MD knowledge and its task splits within the Bayer Master Data maintenance landscape (Legal Entities/SSCDN/IT/central business functions)
- Experience in working in small dynamic project environments
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in matrix environment, collaborating with people and navigating technically through different parts of processes
- Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information or unexpected events
- Experience in interacting with different function, global and SSCDN, negotiating deliverables, and managing through ambiguity
- Excellent Attention to details, self-driven & result Oriented
- Should have innovation mindset
- Advanced knowledge on SAP platforms and systems
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Should be highly agile & Quick Learner
- Critical analytical thinking and a great level of agility
