**The Opportunity**

We're looking for an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer who thrives in the dynamic world of sportswear and athletic apparel. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing vision of a rapidly growing brand while building a world-class marketing organization from the ground up.

As our CMO, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our active, performance-driven audience. You'll work directly with our executive team to define our brand's future and create marketing campaigns that inspire athletes to push their limits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning to strengthen market presence.
- Design and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
