**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for various media platforms (e.g., social media, TV, web, film).
- Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the project’s vision and goals.
- Perform color grading, sound mixing, and video effects enhancements to create the desired final output.
- Manage and organize video files and assets effectively.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising the quality of work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and video editing techniques to bring fresh ideas and improvements to our projects.
- Collaborate on creative decisions and provide technical input for production planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Experience with motion graphics and special effects (Adobe After Effects is a plus).
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with multi-camera editing.
- Knowledge of 3D animation or VFX.
- Familiarity with cinematography and production processes.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
