- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and storyboards
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions
- Stay updated with editing trends and best practices
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain video libraries and project files

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Degree in Film Studies, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
