**Location : Gurugram, Haryana / Remote**

- Wattmonk Technolgies Pvt. Ltd which is a virtual assistant for solar businesses is looking for new members to join their team on this journey to make this would a better place.
- We are a tech company for solar companies to engage with their customers more efficiently and cost-effectively. Wattmonk is on a mission to reduce customer engagement costs for solar companies. Top solar companies in the US already use Wattmonk as their virtual partners for solar design.
- Wattmonk's service is available in all 50 states of the US
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify and target potential clients within the Australian market. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- **Client Acquisition**: Prospect, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- **Account Management**: Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback. Analyze sales data to refine strategies.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales, with at least [3] years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Australian market trends and business practices.
