**ROLE TASKS OF SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

**1. Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Marketing**: Create and distribute high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics) to attract and engage customers.
- **Brand Positioning**: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints to build and maintain a strong brand image.
- **Product Launches**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and customer interest.

**2. Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and ensure contracts are fulfilled.
- **Sales Presentations**:Schedule meeting with potential customers and Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- **Order Processing and Fulfilment**:Oversee the processing of customer orders & ensuring timely delivery.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale, addressing any issues, processing returns or exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet organization’s sales targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall shopping experience.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**3. Coordination & Reporting**:

- **Vendor and Partner Management**:Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and sales initiatives.
- **Event Planning**:Organize and participate in events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
- **Sales and Marketing Reports**:Prepare regular reports on the performance of sales and marketing activities, including KPIs like lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.

**EDUCATION**:
Any Bachelors degree. BBA/MBA preferred.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
2 years of Experience in Marketing or sales roles.

**SALARY**: INR.25000 Per month + Incentives
