**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Should have mandatory 1 Year experience in the modular projects
- Must have excellent production drawing knowledge for modular fittings
- Meeting with clients for discussion and understanding specifications.
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for Customers.
- Have practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V ray, Photoshop, 3DS Max.(or similar rendering software's)
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
- Oversee the project execution to maintain precise execution and superior quality.
- Keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the successful completion of the project.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
- Applicant should be from a Design education background
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for details in design.
- Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
- Should have knowledge about hardware accessories and materials.
- Assess and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
- Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD), SketchUp, and hand-drawing skills.
- Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients

**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**
- Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards.
- Be able to do the quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories.
- Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
- Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
- Should be a quick learner.

**JOB TYPE : FULL TIME**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - 20,000 per month

- Bachelor's / Diploma

**EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 1 year work experience required in a reputed Architecture/Interior firm
