**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team and utilize our cloud-based design platform to create innovative and visually stunning interior designs. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating effectively with our design team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design Creation: Develop interior design concepts and layouts using our cloud-based design tools, incorporating client requirements, space planning, and aesthetic considerations.

3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations of interior spaces, accurately representing design elements, materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.

Collaborative Design: Work closely with clients, interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and execute designs that align with project objectives.

Platform Utilization: Proficiently use our cloud-based design platform to produce detailed designs, presentations, and renderings, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.

Innovation and Creativity: Stay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to projects.

Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations, mood boards, and visual aids to convey concepts to clients and team members.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize design files, and maintain accurate documentation of design iterations and revisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, 3D visualization, and rendering using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing cloud-based design platforms for collaboration and project management.
- Strong creativity, spatial awareness, and attention to detail in design execution.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote or work-from-home setup.
- Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and 3D visualizations.
