Apprentice - Finance

Job Description

**The role**

Finance System Admin apprentice will be expected to learn to work in collaboration with the various Finance systems team in handling different enquiries/tasks. In this role individuals will undergo training in the various categories in finance systems admin functions and includes GPMS month end tasks, developing & maintaining reporting tools along with housekeeping tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role will require the apprentice to learn:

- Scheduling, Running & Monitoring global month end and year end reports & global Hyperion extracts for month end processing and carrying out month end and year end tasks (like Opening new GL accounting period, auto posting criteria's etc).
- Communicating issues and solutions with Finance systems support & Internal teams.
- Carrying out defined GPMS processing and maintenance/housekeeping tasks.
- Preparing monthly & ad hoc excel debt & WIP tools.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience**
- Any graduate. Any course/certification in SQL preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.

As a fresher, we understand that you may not have prior experience, and that is perfectly fine. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. This position will provide you with valuable exposure to accounts payable processes and a supportive environment to deve lop your accounting skill
