**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Service Pitching**:

- Call potential clients from internal data.
- Introduce and pitch Housera’s services confidently and clearly.
- **Lead Generation & Networking**:

- Generate leads via brokers, referrals, newspapers, and field research.
- Expand and maintain a local broker/partner contact list.
- **Lead Handling & Assignment**:

- Attend to inquiries from ads, partners, website forms, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify and assign leads to internal teams using CRM.
- **Property Shortlisting & Coordination**:

- Match client requirements with listed properties.
- Coordinate with the Listing Manager to confirm availability and readiness.
- **CRM & Data Management**:

- Update and track all client information, lead stages, and communication in CRM tools.
- Share weekly performance and inquiry status reports.
- **Site Visit Scheduling**:

- Coordinate visit time slots between clients and landlords.
- Ensure all logistics and details are communicated properly.
- **On-Ground Support**:

- Occasionally attend site visits to ensure a professional client experience.
- Share feedback for internal team follow-ups.

**Eligibility & Skills**:

- 1+ year experience in operations, sales coordination, or real estate (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Airtable, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Local knowledge of Bhopal is an added advantage
