Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager to implement strategies for our social media channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring analytics, and assisting with various social media projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across all social media platforms using social media management tools.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Creative Input: Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to create visuals for social media posts, including images, infographics, and simple animations.

Other Duties: Support the Social Media Manager with any additional tasks or projects related to social media as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is desirable.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,322.82 - ₹35,304.07 per month
