**About Bright Digiworld**:
As an Accounts Executive at Bright Digiworld's Erode Branch, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to support the financial operations of the branch.

**Responsibilities**:
Bookkeeping and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including but not limited to invoices, receipts, payments, and transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Supporting Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed.

Communication: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address financial queries and provide support as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or master Degree In Commerce

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.

Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
