Booking & Filing of Sales Invoices

Booking & Filing of Purchase Invoices

Entries for the Cheques & Cash received

Tally Cash with the system - Daily Basis

Check the PDC entry in the systems - Daily Basis

Official Filing - Routine Work

Bank reconciliation - Daily Basis

PDC reconciliation - Daily Basis

Debtors reconciliation - Monthly Basis in last 5-days of Month

Creditors reconciliation - Monthly Basis in last 5-days of Month

Inter Branch Reconciliation - Weekly Basis

Stock tally with the system - Weekly Basis i.e. on every Saturday

Follow up for debtors with Sales Person and sometime directly - Any Time

Take back up every day

All Other Work as per Requirement.

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
