Job Title: Accountant Executive

Location: Vadodara

Department: Accounting

Reports To: Managing Director

Position Overview: The accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing all functions within the accounting department. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of accounting processes and personnel. The Sigel Accountant will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Financial Analysis

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly preferred.

Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with a track record of progressively responsible roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Experience in managing and leading an accounting team, with excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally prime) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
