Tower Craneoperator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate tower cranes for lifting materials to upper floors of high-rise buildings.
- Serve as a signalman, using hand signals or radio communication to direct the crane operator.
- Perform routine crane checks and ensure safe rigging of loads.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, especially when working at heights.
- Collaborate with supervisors and ground crew to coordinate lifting operations.
- Ensure proper crane positioning and load distribution, following safety procedures to prevent accidents when lifting heavy materials at significant heights.
- Conduct post-operation inspections to confirm that equipment is functioning correctly and all safety mechanisms are in place.
- Guide the crane operator during lifts, ensuring all materials are safely lifted and placed at the correct locations at height.
- Maintain constant awareness of site conditions, ensuring that the lift path is clear and that no personnel or equipment is in danger before initiating any lift.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience operating tower cranes in high-rise construction.
- Valid Tower Crane Operator and Signalman certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work at significant heights and in various weather conditions.

**Location: FC road, Pune**

**Immediate joiners required.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
