**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy for the retail digital sales, identifying target markets, customer segments, and revenue goals.
2. Pitch and generate revenue from retail and small scale customers.
3. Work closely with the operations team for execution of the digital business from the clients.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of digital services offered by Adomantra to effectively communicate their value to customers.
5. Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and excellent customer service.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of the micro site.
7. Provide post-sales support, assist customers with any queries, and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, retail or e-commerce domain.
3. Minimum Experience of 3 Years is required.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Knowledge of Digital Business is required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
