Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate based in New Delhi. The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain in-depth product knowledge to address customer needs. Additional tasks will include maintaining the store layout, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This professional will also collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of products and their features, with the ability to educate customers
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and foster a positive shopping experience
  • Highly motivated with attention to detail and the ability to effectively work on-site
  • Prior experience in retail or sales roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is an advantage
  • A passion for automobiles and related products is a plus
