Job description

0. Pre-Trip Checks
- Inspect brakes, lights, horn, AC, tyres, and overall vehicle condition.
- Verify presence of valid documents RC, insurance, fitness certificate.
- Review and confirm GPS route, pick-up/drop points on trip sheet.

1. Timely Operations
- Reach boarding point 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Assist passengers during boarding with the help of the ground team.
- Notify the control room in case of delays or technical issues.

2. Passenger Handling
- Greet all passengers with politeness and professionalism.
- Support elderly and specially-abled passengers during boarding and deboarding.
- Validate each passengers ticket using the app or trip sheet.
- Escalate onboard complaints or conflicts to the operations team.

3. Safe & Responsible Driving
- Adhere to assigned route via GPS; avoid deviations unless instructed.
- Drive safely with no overspeeding, sudden braking, or harsh turns.
- Changeover with co-captain if scheduled, especially on long-haul routes.

4. Code of Conduct
- Wear official Yolo T-shirt, dark trousers (black/navy), and closed shoes.
- Display YoloBus ID card at all times while on duty.
- Maintain proper grooming clean-shaven or well-kept beard and hair.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol, pan, or chewing tobacco during duty hours.
- Refrain from rude behavior, shouting, or arguments with staff or passengers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
