Urgent Hiring for Bus Captain/Bus Travel Coordinators

Office Location:

- Kukatpally Y junction (Hyderabad ), Banglore (Madiwala), Chennai(Koyambedu), Vijayawada(Benz circle), Madurai(Mattuhavani), Coimbatore (Gandhipuram), vizag, Guntur,Thirupati, Nagercoil..

Must speak fluent Native language and English, added advantage good Hindi communication and interaction skills

Salary for freshers: 15000/month Take home (17k gross salary)

For a relevant experienced person in the travel/Hospitality Industry: 18000 per month in hand

*Job Responsibilities:*

Job Requirements/Skills:
Should be able to travel by bus and reach boarding point daily.

Work Profile:

- Owning the responsibility of boarding the passengers on our buses.
- Reaching allotted bus boarding point on time and assisting passengers in reaching their respective seats.
- Ensuring facilities on the bus are as promised to our customers hence maintaining a daily checklist.
- Calling passengers if they don't arrive on time and guiding them to the boarding point.
- Assisting passengers with respect to their needs and promised amenities during the journey.

Responsible for spot bookings and keeping daily accounts of the same.

Travels half the distance to the destination point in the Company Bus and then returns in the Company Bus to the same point.”

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Telugu or tamil languages

(Kannada +telugu +English for bangalore locations)
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage time and meet schedules effectively
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good understanding of traffic rules, safety regulations, and other relevant laws
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of a high school, diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
