**Duties and responsibilities**
- A proven record of leading pre-sales efforts to win deals within the SAP Customer Experience domain
- Strong consulting background
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) and ability to build ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships with director-level and above stakeholders
- Facilitate business requirement gathering and prioritisation workshops, build business case for value realisation
- Leads or supports internal CoE initiatives (e.g., GTM) alongside chargeable external project work
- Internal selling to Mindtree Industry sectors’ sales teams
- Can act as coach for consultants
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven record within Customer Experience domain
- Act as Solution architect on complex SAP CX projects with multiple SAP and non-SAP integrations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships with director-level and above stakeholders
- Be able to communicate and sell the business value of the CX Product Portfolio
- 10 years’ experience in SAP CRM and CX Space
- Experience with a least two full time projects on SAP C4C Sales and two on SAP C4C Service
- Extensive experience of working with Sales and Customer Service business processes
- Can work with virtual delivery teams spread between US, Europe and India
- SAP CRM background
- Ideally experience with any of SAP Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, SAP FSM, SAP Customer data Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud
