**About the role**:
This is a full-time role for a Sales Trainer. As a sales trainer, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering learning experiences to sales professionals.
- Training India and International Sales team.
- Training sales team on how to deliver Sales Pitch, handling client objections and how to do sales follow up.
- Increasing sales team capabilities in alignment with corporate business objectives.
- Maintaining and updating business knowledge through required trainings and incorporating industry best practices.

**Required Skills, Competencies & Experience**:

- Must have 5+ years of total experience with minimum 2+ years as a Trainer.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of training KPIs, coaching & feedback mechanisms, facilitation skills, etc
- Organized, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in training of high-performing sales teams
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
