**Location : Dahej.**
- **Manage office supplies**: Procure, track inventory, and coordinate with vendors
- **Manage records**: Maintain and organize documents, records, and databases
- **Schedule meetings**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare agendas and minutes
- **Manage facility management**: Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards
- **Assist HR**: Help with onboarding, training, and employee records
- **Monitor budgets**: Monitor budgets and propose cost-effective solutions
- **Prepare reports**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
- **Coordinate travel**: Arrange travel for staff and executives, including flights and transportation
- **Provide administrative support**: Provide administrative support to projects and other team members
- **Liaise with vendors**: Work with external vendors, suppliers, and clients.
