Office Location : Palarivattom

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1) Should be able to handle the work independently
2) Designing of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire fighting systems
3) Attend site meeting and client meetings, must be flexible to support the business devlopment activities done for securing projecting ( Calling architects /Builders)
4) Must be able to complete design, shop drawings and BOQ in the given time frame.
5) Maintain data of projects and coordinate with clients on projects related details and payments.Train Cadndidates in MEP Design and drafting as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**
1) BE/Btech/Diploma
- Mechanical/Electrical
2) Must be well versed with electrical,fire fighting, HVAC and Plumbing designing
3) Have knowledge and well versed in Auto CAD
4)Freshers can apply.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
