Our mission is to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. We specialize in selling **car perfumes, aromatherapy essential oils**, and other premium products. As we grow, we aim to expand our product range to include other fields, and we are looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Counter and field Sales Managers** to join us across various cities in Chandigarh tricity and major cities of India.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Management**:

- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Promote and upsell our car perfumes, aromatherapy oils, and future SKUs effectively.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day retail operations with efficiency.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock reports and monitor inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the central stock team for timely replenishments.
- **Accounts and Reporting**:

- Record daily sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and inventory status.
- **Team Development**:

- Manage the store independently and train additional team members as the outlet grows.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or store management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
