IT Executive

**Zycus is hiring IT- Executive for our ITIS team for Mumbai/ Bangalore location. **The position reports into the Operations Specialist
- ITIS

The primary job responsibilities include:
Â- Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc.

Â- Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.

Â- Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex etc.

Â- Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management

Â- Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.

Â- Bachelors Degree

Â- 1- 3 years of Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware & software

Â- Good communication skills

Â- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Â- Experience in Office 365

Â- Good logical ability & time management skills

Â- Smart approach towards incident management

Â- The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like

**Web Ex etc
