**SEO Executive**

**At Convergence IT Services, **We are looking for a result-driven SEO executive to be responsible for developing optimized web content with 3-5 years of experience.

The SEO executive's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with maintaining the website's architecture to ensure user-friendliness.

**SEO Executive Requirements**:

- Experience of 3 - 5 years in SEO
- Marketing degree or related.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO Tools
- Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.
- Proven experience in onsite optimization.

**SEO Executive Responsibilities**:

- Develop and executes successful SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Identify key Seo KPIs
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects.
- Work and social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Identify key SEO KPIs and increase website traffic and eventually generate leads
- Monitor Redirect, Click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audience

**Work Environment Needs**

A proper and quiet workplace with all necessary infrastructure is mandatory (Laptop)

**Salary**: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 2 years (preferred)
