Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to
- Interact with the Patients with Greet & Smile.
- Maintain all register related to Attendance, Treatments, Appointments, Courier Inward &
Outward, Stock Inward & Outward on a regular basis.
- Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients’ entry into the Clinic, to their exit.
- Efficient Management of Front Desk.
- Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
- Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned

person.
- Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets

allotted.
- Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
- Responsible for Bill making.
- Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep

the clinic.
