Ovum Hospitals is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Executive with a background in hospital operations to join our team at the Bhatarahalli branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of electronic data and information.
- **Hospital Information System (HIS)**:

- Administer and optimize the Hospital Information System to streamline operational processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize and enhance HIS modules as per the hospital's requirements.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in utilizing IT systems effectively.
- **Data Management**:

- Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Monitor and manage data storage resources efficiently.
- **IT Security**:

- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect patient data and sensitive information.
- Conduct regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive in a hospital setting.
- In-depth knowledge of HIS, EMR, and other healthcare-related IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
