**Job Description**:
- **Technology due diligence in the context of an acquisition.**:
- **Setting up and driving Integration Management office/ Separation Management office.**:
- **Location(Onsite): Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon.**
**Primary Skills**:
- **MBA from tier 1 institute.**:
- **At least 3 years of consulting experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures/ Carve-outs/ Separations, Corporate Strategy/Restructuring.**:
- **IT, financial or business experience towards M&A issues: due diligence, preparation for Day-1, carve-out, PMI, IT strategy, digital platforms, architectures, etc.**:
- **A strategic mindset to shape innovative strategies and to solve complex business problems.**:
- **Experience in working in projects with ‘C level’ executives as the primary stakeholders.**:
- **Ability to drive actionable outcomes for clients with latest industry trends, key metrics and value drivers.**
**Secondary Skills**:
- **Mastery of basic skills of advising: accuracy, analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, drive, and autonomy.**:
- **Good to have understanding and experienced in one or more of other consulting domains - IT cost Optimization, FinOps, Business case, Target Operating Model, Cloud strategy, ERP systems, etc.
