**Description**:
**About the role**:
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with the R&A Studio team and will be responsible for formatting conference presentations and other documents, managing mailboxes, and performing admin-related tasks as per Gartner standards. The job requires an individual with lateral problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to effectively comprehend requirements and deliver within a set timeline.

**What you will do**:

- Process and format all documents to the prescribed standards.
- Work closely with the project manager/senior associates/team leads to ensure they have all the information and materials they require to ensure all production deadlines are met.
- Provide detailed production reporting as required project manager/senior associates/ leadership team.
- Serve as liaison for the Support team & IT for system troubleshooting & updates providing transparency on process and workflow challenges.
- Provide special project support as needed (Including but not limited to): template creation, library & asset upkeep, and training administration.
- Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change.
- Manage different mailboxes/projects and action/respond to requests within TAT.
- Partner with Project Manager/Senior Associate/Team Lead to identify efficiencies at all times, solve queries, track document status, and ensure timely delivery.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 0-2 years of administration experience or equivalent experience in a desktop publishing environment.
- Well-versed with the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration, and communication skills (Verbal + Written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Client-service focus with expert mindset balance.
- Total ownership mindset (TOM).
- Ability to provide input to ensure administrative processes and standards are consistent and effective.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep tasks structured and organized.
- Strong time management, planning, and organization skills.
- Ability to recognize and troubleshoot errors.
- Desire to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
