- _Key Skills:_
- 1. Tech BA O&G SME Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical/Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent knowledge/experience)._
- 2. 7-10 years of working experience._
- 3. Sound knowledge of Refinery planning and scheduling function in oil and gas domain._
- 4. A minimum of 4 years to 5 years’ relevant experience as Business Analyst in oil and Gas must._
- 5. Good Understanding of Engineering Principles and familiarity with Manufacturing Processes like refinery, petrochemical, and chemical industries._
- 6. Working experience with EPC or manufacturing industries as mentioned above._
- 7.Hands on experience working in Agile and Scrum modules._
- 8. Technical Experience on Tech (SQL/API/Data migration/mapping experience, JSON, XML)_
- 9. Effective interpersonal, Communication skills, oral and written._
- 10. Demonstrated high written and verbal communication skills, good English (reading, speaking and writing)._
- 11. Work with Product Owner and Pod/Scrum team members to generate ideas and shape outcomes._
- 12 Planning & Scheduling by using AspenTech PIMS & Orion experience is must._
- 13. Application software (IT/OT) experience is must._
- Must have skills/Job role:_
- 1. Manufacturing Plant operation/process experience mainly Refinery/Petrochemical or Chemicals units._
- 2. Understanding of Plant Project life cycle (Engineering Design/ detailed design etc.)_
- 3. Planning & Scheduling by using AspenTech PIMS & Orion experience is must_
- 4. Application software (IT/OT) experience is must._
- 5. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance._
- 7. Participate in regional and cross-departmental projects related to the improvement and implementation of new technologies._

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
