**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Doorman Duties**:

- Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Open doors, assist with directions, and provide general information about the property and local area.
- Manage traffic flow at the main entrance and coordinate with valet or parking services.

**Bellboy Duties**:

- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and features.
- Deliver parcels, messages, and room service items as required.
- Ensure luggage is handled and stored securely.

**Security Duties**:

- Monitor entrances, exits, and security cameras for suspicious activity.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and report any safety concerns.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
- Enforce property rules and ensure guest and staff safety at all times.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or security role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a physically active role requiring standing for extended periods.
- The role involves both indoor and outdoor duties.
- May be required to work night shifts and weekends based on operational needs.
