**Job Title: Admissions Counselor ( only females)**

Must be a forward-looking, visionary leader possessing entrepreneurial, strategic, and analytic skills.

enrollment management with a K-12 school, with progressively increased responsibilities and a record of success in recruitment and enrollment.

A team player with the ability to set targets for self as well for the team.

**Role specifications**

Develop, execute, and assess School Admissions policies and procedures with all relevant laws, regulations, strategies, and goals, including travel, recruitment, and enrollment strategies.

Counsel parents, convert admissions, and maintain a good rapport with the parents.

Lead the core strategic initiative of diversifying our student population as mandated by the Board.

Collect and manage applicant data effectively; sharing data with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner keeping in mind data privacy and confidentiality issues.

Responsible for analyzing admissions data and making recommendations for improving the admissions process.

This may involve analyzing enrollment trends, identifying areas for improvement in the admissions process, and developing strategies for retaining existing students.

Ensure the Admissions Office represents the school in the best possible way to prospective applicants, using feedback to inform the selection process to maximize future success

Work with other stakeholders at the School to shepherd applicants in an appropriate manner through the admissions process, including establishing feedback loops with relevant stakeholders, such as academic teams, college counselors, student advisors, alumni, and finance departments.

Oversee the preparation of reports and analyses for the Head of School, the School Board, and others as required.

Supervise, manage, train, recruit, hire, and evaluate Admissions Office personnel.

Manages the Admissions operating budget.
