Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Operations Support Specialist at [Insert Company Name], you will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams in the quoting process and deal reviews. **Responsibilities**:
Assist sales representatives in generating accurate and timely quotes for potential clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for quotes, including pricing, product information, and terms.
Maintain and update pricing and product databases to ensure accuracy.
Deal Reviews:
Review sales deals and contracts to ensure they meet company policies and compliance standards.
Work closely with the legal department and sales teams to address any discrepancies or issues in contracts.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of deal review documentation.
Data Entry and Analysis:
Input data into the company's CRM system and other relevant databases.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and deal status.
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales teams, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.
Process Improvement:
Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency in the sales operations workflow.
Participate in projects to streamline and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales operations.
