**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scan, organize, and manage design sheets, product images, and related documents.
- Format product data, images, and technical details into structured templates or presentations.
- Create visually engaging presentations and product catalogues for customer sharing.
- Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and presentation standards.
- Maintain updated product records, image libraries, and data archives.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content requirements and approvals.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data management, pricing sheets, and product tracking.
- Support general administrative and back-office tasks related to product data and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data administration or creative support, preferably in jewelry or design.
- Proficient in **Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook**.
- Good understanding of image formats, resolutions, and file organization.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
