**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using data base.
- Collect the data base from Internet and maintain separate excel sheet for daily leads.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. ( EB bill number or EB amount paying details )
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Give Solutions to the customer why the product needed.
- Convert the calls to Appointment calls for Field Marketing.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Regular followups to the customer is much needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
