**Job title**: Tele Marketing

**Responsible for**: Tele calling

**Terms**: Full time

**Place of work**: No 392, Big Bazaar St, Prakasam, Town Hall, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641001

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow up the customers on daily basis.
- Answering the calls from prospective customers and provide information about the product.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during interactions with customers.
- Identify and overcome objections from customers to close sales.
- Collect the remarks and save the data set in system.
- Manage the chat bot queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Achieve set targets and quotas on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
- Keep records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor degree is applicable.
- Fresher (0-1years), experience (3+ years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage chat bot.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
