**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and maintain operational calendars.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Prepare and manage reports and documents related to operations.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Ensure operational efficiency and support in improving processes.
- Act as a liaison between the management and other team members.
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, taking minutes in meetings, and filing important documents.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support the Operations Manager in preparing budgets and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in an **operations** or **administrative** role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with **inventory management**, **report preparation**, or **logistics** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **project management tools** or **CRM software**.
- Prior experience in the **service industry**, **manufacturing**, or **business operations** is a plus.
